100=0.02=1: Max HP ≥ 100, 2% chance to grant 1 reward
5000=1.0=2: Max HP ≥ 5000, 100% chance to grant 2 rewards
The reward items are those with the following tags: c:armors, c:tools, curios:accessory, l2artifacts:artifact
HP threshold, probability, and reward quantity are all configurable.
