Enchant-based Mace

Makes it so that if a mace is enchanted with Breach/Density/Wind_Burst (any or all lvls) it gives either a different texture on the mace or a overlay (Wind Burst) that comes on top of either texture (Breach, Density) Note: enchantment lvls do not matter with changed textures but fire aspect overlay aswell as lvl differentiability are both a planned feature. And any help from you (The Viewer) provided is helpful but make sure to give me (BrimstoneCube) credit if you add any changes to the pack making your own pack using this one is allowed and helpful if you inform me.
