A lightweight, modern, and highly efficient chat moderation plugin. Take complete control over your server's communication channel, stop spammers instantly, and keep your community safe.
This plugin uses Paper's native Adventure API, ensuring smooth, asynchronous, thread-safe chat manipulation and full support for modern text formatting.
Features
- Clear Chat: Instantly wipe the global chat history to hide malicious links, severe spam, or rule-breaking content.
- Mute/Resume Global Chat: Freeze the entire chat instantly during important announcements or server emergencies.
- Permanent File-Backed Chat Bans: Permanently chat-ban individual players. Mutes persist cleanly through server reboots and reloads via a local file (
config.yml).
Commands & Permissions
By default, all staff have access to the commands.

Bypass Node
chatmanager.bypass
Give this permission to senior staff, administrators, or automated system accounts. Players with this permission node can still send messages even when global chat has been locked with/chat stop.
Installation
- Download the plugin
.jarfile. - Drop it directly into your server's
/plugins/folder. - Restart or start your server.
- Configure permissions
