NovaterraGov v1.1.0 — Description

NovaterraGov is a civilization-based territory plugin that replaces traditional land claiming with a structured progression system. Players develop from Nomads into rulers of civilizations, managing territories, citizens, and progression systems.

Main Features

Civilization Progression

Players advance through ranks: Nomad → Hunter → Baron → Citizen → Count
Each rank represents increased authority and access to territory systems.

Territory System

Create and manage a personal territory

Limited system: 1 player = 1 territory, 1 world = 4 territories

Territory size ranges from 30×30 to 80×80

Requires 1000 coins to create

Automatic hidden protection via RedProtect

Citizen System

Players can request to join territories

Territory owners (Barons) manage requests via GUI

Accept or deny citizenship applications
