Extended Vannila Endgame Addon

This is an unofficial addon to the Extended Vanilla Endgame project and the Advanced Netherite project first and foremost, I am not affiliated with them in any way but wanted better support as I think they work well with both.

They work together already however you have to first get tier 10 on a netherite piece and then you can upgrade it. I didn't like that progression so I made the data tags talk to each other and they can go any way.

This is also a personal preference as I only want diamond netherite supported as that makes sense to me but let me know if you have any ideas.
