LifeManager is a high-performance, fully customizable hardcore survival and combat-management plugin designed for Spigot and Paper servers (built for Minecraft 1.21.1+). It seamlessly combines an advanced life-tracking economy with a robust, exploit-proof anti-combat logging system to elevate high-stakes PvP and survival gameplay.

✨ Key Features

Dynamic Life System: Every player starts with a configurable amount of lives. Lives are tracked seamlessly using a safe data manager backend and displayed in real-time.

Immersive HUD Display: Showcases remaining lives directly on the player's screen via a fully customizable ActionBar or BossBar. When a player enters combat, a synchronized countdown timer (e.g., In Combat: 12s) is appended dynamically.

Configurable Death Punishments: When a player runs out of lives, the server executes a definitive hardcore penalty:

BAN: Automatically bans the player with a custom, color-coded kick message.

SPECTATOR: Shifts the player permanently into Spectator mode.

Epic Final-Death Effects: Triggers an ominous atmospheric sequence across the server when a player loses their ultimate life:

Spawns a dramatic lightning strike effect at the death location (purely visual—safe from burning loot or destroying terrain).

Plays the global Wither spawn sound to announce doom.

Broadcasts a fully customizable, server-wide chat message highlighting the player's permanent defeat.

Strict Damage Filters & Reines PvP: Choose exactly what triggers a life loss. Features an optional only-pvp-lives toggle to ensure players only lose lives in true player-vs-player combat, filtering out accidental deaths from environment blocks or standard monsters.

Advanced Exploiter-Proof Combat Logging: Stops players from combat logging (disconnecting during battle) using two severe penalty modes:

Instant Death: Instantly slays the player upon disconnecting, dropping items normally.

Spawn Dummy: Spawns a stationary NPC Zombie clone matching the logged-out player's armor and main-hand item. The dummy is protected against daylight burning. If enemies slay the dummy, the offline player loses a life, their complete inventory drops naturally at the scene, and they receive a red warning message (You got killed, because of combat logging!) upon rejoining.

Robust Offline Synchronization: Advanced double-deduction fail-safes prevent players from losing multiple lives during complex login sequences if their dummy dies.

💻 Admin Commands & Permissions

All administrative commands require the lifemanager.admin permission node.

/lives info – Lookup the exact remaining lives of any online or offline player.

/lives set – Hard-set a player's life count.

/lives add – Grant extra lives to a competitor.

/lives remove – Forcefully deduct lives from a player.

/lives reload – Hot-reload the config.yml on the fly without restarting the server.

/revive – Bring a permanently eliminated player back to life! Automatically pardons their ban, restores their gamemode back to Survival, and resets their life pool to the default configuration.
