So, uh, what does this mod add exactly?

Currently, this mod adds 32 new foods to the game (21 shown here). Well, I say "new," but they're more or less built from the already existing foods. No new crops or anything like that.

why u make dis mod

I wanted to make other items in Minecraft more viable for making food so that there aren't just two or three de facto foods that players end up using.
I generally go by three rules:

1. Limit my base additions to vanilla items as much as possible.
2. Give each and every food item a niche that remains beneficial no matter which stage of the game you're at.
3. Try and fail to make my additions thematically appropriate. Your mileage may vary with this one.
