If using OptiFine, make sure to enable these settings for complete features:

Video Settings -> Quality -> Custom Entity Models: ON
Random Entities -> ON
Emissive Textures -> ON
In order to prevent texture issues, Rabbit Villagers should be at the TOP of your Resource Pack list.
