What if Mojang added the Wildfire into Vanilla Minecraft?

This mod answers this question by adding the Wildfire from Minecraft Dungeons in a way that it keeps its quirks from its debut title, but with some nuance and changes that make it better suit vanilla Minecraft!

Features

Version 2.0.1 is out!

This version ports EB's Wildfire to 1.21.1, updating the visuals of the mod with the new particles introduced by the update! Breezes and Wildfires now can embolden the ranks of elemental protectors together! If it isn't available, hold on a little longer! it just needs to be approved.

The Wildfire

The Wildfire is a Master Blaze who excels in defense. Each of his 4 shields must be taken down in order to damage the Wildfire itself, but be careful! Wildfires are known to head for fire blocks so that they can recover their shields! They spawn as the Miniboss of Nether Fortresses.They will also fly and hover just like regular Blazes, so take heed when fighting this Hovering Inferno!

Shield Debris

The Wildfire will shoot a long barrage of 10 fireballs at opponents, and then rest to reload. take advantage of this downtime to strike!

Shockwave

If a player is too close, the Wildfire will create a Shockwave by slamming it's rod into the ground, sending all mobs around him away. Be careful about fighting this mob in positions that could get you thrown off a ledge!If it is airborne, it will fly down when you get close to shockwave you, so be careful!

Summoning Blazes

Just like Minecraft Dungeons, the Wildfire can summon 2-4 blazes if there are none nearby. Use this to grab some extra Blaze Rods!

The Wildfire Gem

Upon a Wildfire's Death, it has a 75% chance to drop a Wildfire Gem. This uncommon item will allow you to obtain a Wildfire Crest, a new helmet item! It serves as a crafting ingredient and the repair item for the Wildfire Crest!

Wildfire Crest and its 4 Personal Shields

The Wildfire Crest is a new Rare Helmet item. Over time, the Wildfire Crest will slowly regenerate personal Wildfire Shields that can protect the player from one instance of damage each, with 4 shields max. This means that you can tank 4 Creeper explosions, or even 4 hits from the Warden, without so much as a scratch on your health bar! Take heed though, as the shields will only recover if you haven't taken damage in a while, and they tend to self-destruct if the Player touches Water or Powder Snow!

Will this mod be backported to other versions when updated?

> Unfortunately no. I do not have the time or resources to do that with every new update.

Can I use this mod in a Video?

Will you do the other Mob Vote Mobs/Minecraft Dungeons Mobs?

> Maybe. Nothing is for certain and at the moment I am just focusing on the Wildfire. if I do it will be far into the future.

Is this a MCreator Mod?

> Yes, but I believe that I have done well enough of a job to not have this mod be considered a part of the "trash MCreator mod" stereotype. Give it a shot and you will see for yourself.
