Leads will never break again- Stops almost all instances of leads breaking!

NOTE: Must be installed on the server in order to function! (Or your client for singleplayer)

Features:

• Stop leads from snapping due to being too far away from the mob
• Stop leads from snapping due to moving too fast/firework boosting (primarily elytra flight)
• Mute the lead break sound effect to avoid sound clutter
• Rather than just teleporting the mob, it is launched toward the lead holder for clearer visuals, which maintains the vanilla appearance
• Still allows for removing leads by right clicking mobs or shearing happy ghasts
