Sable: Far and Wide

A mod that increases the render/simulation distance of sable ships, so larger ones can be built without disappearing when still close to player.
It is untested with SSRD, but may work fine together as they do different things.

How does it work? By default, Sable only loads ships/sublevels when all sublevel chunks are in fully loaded chunks (with simulation), and unloads them when any sublevel chunk is not in a fully loaded chunk. This can lead to ships disappearing early when it would be preferable for them to not be. With this mod, Sable now loads sublevels when the centre is in a fully loaded chunk, and only unloads them when all chunks are outside fully loaded chunks. Entities on the ship still unload when they are outside the simulation distance, but the ship only unloads when it is fully outside the simulation distance.
