Better Powdered Snow is a utility pack that changes the texture of Powdered Snow to have a blue tint so that it is easily recognisable when placed next to real snow.

This texture pack should work in all Versions after 20w46a.
It has been updated to the Latest Minecraft version.
I have made a new version with all versions merged into one file, which means these versions are now deprecated, and I strongly reccommend you use the Inclusive Version.
