1. Infected: cannibal (infected human), sotona (cow and human mutant)
2. Mechanics: infection; if an infected entity kills another entity it becomes a cannibal
3. Items: infected meat; meat dropped when infected are killed; as it is infected with prions it will poison the eater when eaten.
