Overview

The Eurofima coach, also known as the European Standard Coach (French: Voiture Standard Européenne), is a type of passenger railcar developed for use on international railway services across Europe. Commissioned by the European Company for the Financing of Railroad Rolling Stock (Société européenne pour le financement de matériel ferroviaire – Eurofima), the design aimed to standardize passenger comfort and compatibility between countries.

A total of 500 coaches were ordered in 1973 and delivered in 1977, shared among several European railway operators. The Belgian operator NMBS/SNCB received 80 cars: 20 A9 (first class) and 60 B11 (second class), which were used in both international and domestic services.

This Minecraft resource pack brings the iconic Eurofima coach in NMBS/SNCB livery into the game using the Minecraft Transit Railway mod. The model is based on the original Eurofima coach created by Soodari, with textures designed and applied by me (Vitor2005) to accurately reflect the Belgian national railway’s colors and markings.
