0084-0085 Dodrio Line Hacked Changes

Part of the Cobblemon Hacked Changes series, I am now separating my one mod into separate Datapacks. This datapack targets doduo and dodrio from generation one. This datapack adds a schanges the pokemon from flying/normal types to flying/ground types, increases base health, and adds to the movepool. Additionally, doduo's typing is also replaced by flying/ground, and there are moves added to it. You can also fly on your dodrio now, rocket-style like in Pokemon Stadium for Nintendo 64.
