Adds compatibility between the new colors from Dyenamics and a bunch of other mods.

0 mixins and 0 hard dependencies (Except for Dyenamics). Blocks are dynamically registered based on what compatible mods you have installed and if you remove this mod or a compat mod, the blocks just go away like any normal uninstall.

Current compatibility is listed below with many more planned.
