Cobblemon Nuzlocke

Adds Nuzlocke challenge rules to Cobblemon. Configure your run when you first join a world.

Features:

• Permadeath - Fainted Pokémon are automatically released
• One catch per biome - Only catch the first encounter in each biome
• One spawn per biome(instance) - Only one spawn per biome
• No duplicates - Can't catch species you already own
• No healing - Disables Pokémon Center healing
• Shiny clause - Shinies are always catchable regardless of rules
• Catch cooldown - Optional timer between catches (0-60 min)

Commands:
/nuzlocke status
/nuzlocke config

Toggle any combination of rules to customize your challenge. Settings are per-player and persist across sessions.
