Creeper & Ghast Fireball Block Protection

• ✅ No Block Destruction: Creeper and ghast explosions spare your builds.
• ✅ Damage Preserved: Players & mobs still feel the blast.
• ✅ Performance: Highly optimized for smooth gameplay.

1. Temporarily sets mobGriefing to false right before creepers explode.
2. Sets ghast fireball explosion power to 0.

Note: May not work on all servers for unknown reasons.
