Revert 23w46a
In the snapshot 23w46a, the useful one-tick delay of the copper bulb was removed.
Additionally, the crafter got a limit of only being able to craft one item every four ticks.
This mod reverts these changes.
Why is this a bad change?
The one-tick delay is very useful in redstone contraptions.
