Adds a lance and some new enchantments spesifically for it.

Enchantments

• Skewering:
  • Increases the amount of mobs able to be skewered/damaged by 1.
  • Stacks to V, capping at 8 mobs.
• Cavalier:
  • Deals bonus dash damage while riding mobs or minecarts.
  • Mutex with smite and bane.
• Intrepid:
  • Increases acceleration speed and top speed of dashing.
  • Stacks to IV, increasing the acceleration by 50% and doubling the max speed.
• Wind Rider:
  • Located in trial chambers.
  • Reworks dashing into being a short burst of movement, which ignores gravity.
  • Intrepid increases the distance.
• Excavator:
  • Found in archaeology.
  • Dashes will break through tagged blocks.
  • Examples include cobwebs and leaves.
  • Mutex with wind rider.
• Vainglory:
  • Located in bastion remnants.
  • Slain foes restore 1 HP.
• Gale Force:
  • Creates an explosion/particle effect and knockback whenever dashing.
• Broadside
  • Increases radius mobs can be damaged in.
