Changes the Crossbow to resemble Uzi's Railgun from Murder Drones!

Initially just made this for myself but ended up being really proud of it and wanted to share it with other people to play with! I hope you guys like it.

Supports _e textures! If you use Optifine or any mods that implements optifines emissive shader system, the Railgun should have its cool glowing parts :] Outside of that small detail, it should be completely vanilla friendly!

Sounds were used from PvZ btw (a friend picked these sounds for me)
