BunnyHop is the ultimate physics mod for Minecraft, bringing the iconic movement mechanics of Source Engine games (Counter-Strike, Half-Life) and Quake into the blocky world! Experience incredible freedom of movement, accelerate to insane speeds, and easily traverse vast distances using strafes.

✨ Key Features

• ?️ Authentic Air Strafing: The physics strictly emulate the classic Source Engine algorithms. Simply running forward and jumping (W + Space) won't make you accelerate! To build up insane momentum, you must release the forward key, strafe in the air (A or D), and smoothly turn your mouse in the corresponding direction.
• ? Flawless Auto-BHop: Forget about timing your jumps perfectly. Simply hold the Spacebar, and your character will automatically execute a perfect jump the exact tick they hit the ground.
• ⚡ Zero Landing Friction: While auto-jumping, the game completely bypasses the slowing block friction beneath your feet. Your accumulated horizontal velocity is seamlessly transferred into the next jump with zero loss!
• ? Premium Speedometer (HUD): A gorgeous speedometer integrated right above your hotbar. It displays your horizontal velocity in real time in blocks per second (b/s). The HUD features dynamic neon lighting and an interactive, expanding speed bar:
  • ? Neon Blue (up to 5.6 b/s) — standard walking & sprinting speed.
  • ? Vivid Green (up to 10.0 b/s) — initial acceleration and early jumps.
  • ? Golden Glow (up to 18.0 b/s) — excellent strafe rhythm.

• ⚙️ In-Game Configuration Menu (Cloth Config & ModMenu):
  Fine-tune everything directly inside the game! If you have ModMenu installed, a configuration button will appear in your mods list, allowing you to:
  • Enable or disable auto-jumping, air strafes, or the speedometer.
  • Adjust the maximum air strafe speed limit per tick (Wishspeed).
  • Adjust the air acceleration rate (Air Accelerate).
  • Configure the exact horizontal speed retention multiplier upon landing (Speed Retention).
• ? Perfect Network Synchronization: The mod is fully client-server synchronized (dual-sided). The movement physics are calculated identically on both the client and the server, completely eliminating screen stuttering, coordinate desync, and false anti-cheat flags on your servers!

? How to Strafe?

1. Take a short run-up.
2. Jump and release the forward key (W).
3. Hold the left strafe key (A) while smoothly turning your mouse to the left.
4. Upon landing (or while holding Space for Auto-BHop), switch to the right strafe key (D) while smoothly turning your mouse to the right.
5. Repeat these left and right strafe cycles, watching the speedometer ignite with extreme red glow as blocks fly past you at light speed!
