Better Mining Enchantments

Currently adds 2 new enchantments that are exclusive to pickaxes:

• Obsidian Efficiency (I - III): Increased mining speed when mining obsidian based blocks
• Smelting (I): Raw ores and ancient debris automatically smelt when mined. Exclusive with silk touch

New enchantments are registered to villager trades and enchanting table

This mod will be updated with more enchantments in the future.

This mod is part of a larger group of mods that is called "Better Enchantments". This is bigger mod isn't released yet.
