Based on: Night Vision Plugin by Winlyps

• Applies infinitive Night Vision effect everytime you join the server.

Disabled applying effecct upon joining server. Can only be applied via command now.

• Applies infinitive Night Vision via /gamma command. Can be toggled on/off.

  No permissions needed.

• Fixed enable & disable messages being reversed/opposite.

• Removed all potion & particle effects. Only visible in inventory now.
