Rewrite version Server Info Command

Fix /server plugins and add /server tps

Server Info command
Client side command that displays useful information about currently connected server.

Access it by running either /server or /server plugins. Requires Fabric API.

Information includes:

• address or ip and port
• message of the day
• server and protocol version
• global and local difficulty
• day
• user permission level
• server tps
• server plugins
