Cooldown for Totem of Undying

The mod imposes a cooldown on the use of Totem of Undying. I think this mod will go to servers with a bias in PVP.
Note

Cooldown works just like ender perl.
Cooldown = 60 second.
Supported versions minecraft: > 1.20.1/1.21.1
