Updated the mod, removed the absorption health display and changed the way it looks.

Added a Mod Menu configuration screen with controls for:

• X/Y position
• Text colour
• Text size
• Text shadow
• Decimal Places
• Include Absorption

This mod shows the exact health points you are currently on, as a small text HUD above your hunger bar. This can be toggled on/off inside your keybinds.

This can be useful in PvP gamemodes like Sword, where knowing the exact health you are currently allows you to take smart trades towards the end of the fight.
Example: On MCPVP, when your health bar displays half a heart, you can sometimes die to sprint hits and sometimes you survive them. Knowing if you are going to survive the next hit will win you a lot of fights in endgames.
