Simple minecraft mod that lets minecart accelerate to a giant speed of 1.7976931348623157e+308 (Double.MAX_VALUE)

Usage

/gamerule minecartMaxSpeed 1000 makes it go fast!

This feature can be enabled with

/gamerule usePotionTNTMinecartBuffing

Each potion gives some additional explosion power.
You can change impact of potions on minecart with gamerule

/gamerule onePotionTntMinecartBuff 

Gamerule accepts integer value in range of [1, 10]

I may change this range in the future.
