A strange offshoot of Tinkerer's Quilt intended for clients or servers (instead of clients and servers).

Why?
Tinkerer's Quilt is packed full of opinionated QoL changes and config tweaks.
When you're joining a vanilla server, or making a server for vanilla clients - you might prefer its flavour.
