Cobblenone - Remove Pokemon spawns

A quick data pack that removes all spawning conditions for pokemon included in Cobblemon without affecting fakemon data packs. It only removes natural spawns, other encounters such as Gimmighoul chests aren't removed.

If you're wondering why this exists I thought it would be nice to have a pokemon experience with exclusively new pokemon!

Since I made the pack using a python file, I thought I'd attach it and provide some brief instructions of how to use it (say if I forget to update it for Gen 10). Basically:

1. Make a directory and add the spawn files of all pokemon that you want to remove (in my case from the cobblemon .jar file)
2. Link that directory in the path variable in the python file
3. Run the python file and the .json files will generate in the same directory as the python file
4. Add the .json files into data\cobblemon\spawn_pool_world in the data pack
