Replant Swamp Trees

If you grow an oak sapling in a swamp biome you will generate the vanilla swamp tree. The normal behavior or oak saplings is the same outside of the swamp biome. This allows you to generate swamp trees after world generation, which was previously impossible.



Works on both the client and server.
