SolUltraTac
SolUltraTac is an original, data-driven tactical firearm mod built specifically for Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 using Fabric.
It adds six fictional weapons with distinct 3D models, animations, sounds, damage values, fire rates, recoil patterns, screen shake and muzzle effects. All code, models, textures, animations and sounds were created specifically for SolUltraTac.

GeckoLib and other animation libraries are not required.

Every weapon has its own:
Damage and headshot multiplier
Fire rate
Effective range and damage falloff
Hip-fire and ADS spread
Vertical and horizontal recoil
Screen-shake pattern
Fire, reload, sprint, inspect and ADS animations
Gunshot sound variations
Muzzle flash, smoke, sparks and casing effects
Ammunition and loaded/empty magazines

All controls can be changed from Minecraft’s Controls menu.
Pressing B cycles through:
Single → Burst → Auto → Single
When using Auto mode, hold the left mouse button to continue firing.
A physical B-key fallback is included, so fire-mode switching still works if an older options.txt file has damaged or removed the saved keybind.
Aiming and scopes
Hold the right mouse button to aim down sights.
Most weapons use a smooth iron-sight ADS zoom. The 8.6 SOL Helix uses a stronger magnification level and a circular scope overlay with a custom reticle.
ADS also reduces spread and recoil according to each weapon’s configuration.
Reloading and ammunition
Weapons use persistent magazine-based ammunition.
The reload system supports:
Loaded magazines
Empty magazines
Partially loaded magazines
Loose ammunition
Server-validated reload duration
Timed magazine removal, insertion and bolt sounds
The server consumes ammunition only after a valid reload finishes.
Switching to another hotbar slot during a reload immediately cancels it. No ammunition is consumed, and a mechanical cancellation sound is played.

All 24 SolUltraTac items are craftable:

Every weapon recipe uses the following core materials:
Netherite Ingot
Diamond
Lodestone
Redstone Block
Ammunition and magazines use separate material combinations appropriate for their weapon type.
All SolUltraTac recipes are automatically unlocked in the recipe book when a player joins a world or server.
HUD
Holding a SolUltraTac weapon displays a compact ammunition HUD containing:
Current magazine ammunition
Reserve ammunition
Current fire mode
Reload status
Animation state when debug mode is enabled
The HUD is hidden automatically when no gun is held.
Combat system
SolUltraTac uses server-authoritative hitscan combat.
The client only requests a shot and displays predicted visual feedback. The server validates:
Fire rate
Remaining ammunition
Reload state
Shot sequence
Player hand and held weapon
Entity and block raycasts
Damage and distance falloff
Headshots
Friendly-fire configuration
Underwater range, damage and spread
This prevents the client from directly assigning damage or creating ammunition.
Multiplayer and dedicated servers
SolUltraTac supports integrated and dedicated servers.
For multiplayer, install the mod and Fabric API on both the server and connecting clients.
Nearby players receive synchronized:
Gunshot sounds
Reload sounds
Weapon animation events
Muzzle particles
Entity and block impact particles
Ammunition and fire-mode updates
Client-only rendering, HUD, input, camera and animation classes are separated from common server code to prevent dedicated-server crashes.
Installation
Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 26.2.
Install the compatible Fabric API version.
Place the SolUltraTac JAR inside the Minecraft mods folder.
Start Minecraft using the Fabric profile.
Open the Pisan Ultra Guns creative tab or use the automatically unlocked crafting recipes.
For a dedicated server, place both SolUltraTac and Fabric API in the server’s mods folder.
