Vanilla resource pack using item components! It changes nothing at first, but renaming items (or using commands) will change the item's model to the custom one. Works for 1.21.2-1.21.5+, but survival-friendly ONLY for 1.21.5+ due to item-renaming changing model being added in that version. The models are avaliable for earlier versions, but are only accessible through commands.
