Adds the custom armor from ManePear's videos:

COMMANDS

/itus give - Gives the user all the armor pieces

/itus reload - Reloads the plugin

Itus Helmet -> HERO_OF_THE_VILLAGE: 10

Itus Chestplate -> RESISTANCE: 1 ; FIRE_RESISTANCE: 0

Itus Leggings -> STRENGTH: 2 ; REGENERATION: 1

Itus Boots -> SPEED: 2 ; DOLPHINS_GRACE: 1

HOW TO GET

There is no way to get the armor in survival, the admins should choose how to give out the armor pieces.
