Customizable Portal Gun Skins is a mod for PortalMod that allows you to upload your own skins or custom models. There is a tutorial for how to upload your skins linked below. Even if you don't intend on making your own skins, you will also have access to 170+ quality Portal Gun skin options created by users of the mod. 

The mod allows you to replace the Portal Gun with any texture, even animated ones. It also allows you to replace the gun itself with any blockbench model, and select these textures or models with the in-game skin selector.

The mod is fully functional in multiplayer, other people in the mod will be able to see the skin you use. It also adds several QoL features like a search bar, a "favorited skins" system, a better tint system, and much more.
