How does Ping Pong work?

As the name implies, your string of text gets jumbled around in a (sort of) ping pong pattern using the /pingpong command. You can see how this works below:

Let's say we take the sentence:
"I like this mod"
What this mod does is that it jumps around from the first to last character in the sentence, in the end, making up a seemingly jumbled up text. In this scenario, the text will come out as
"Id olmi ksei ht"
