About

The End flash is a new atmospheric event in the End that, when activated, illuminates the End’s surface with a purple hue and generates a distant explosion sound. The End flash activates periodically within a 30 second interval, and it is not visible while the Ender Dragon’s battle fog is active.
Sound subtitles are included for English (US), German (DE), French (FR), Spanish (SP and MX), and Portuguese (BR) (same from 1.21.9)

It is not compatible with shaders or mods/resource packs that change the End skybox, (Enderscape, Better End etc) it will not cause a crash, but the End flash will not be rendered, or you can disable skyboxes in their respective configs.

If you want to edit the texture or sounds, use the "endflash" namespace.
