Heartfall is a Minecraft mod that introduces a dynamic health recovery mechanic to PvE combat. When you defeat hostile mobs, they have a chance to drop floating heart shards that restore your health.

Drop rates increase as the attacker's health decreases. The rate starts at a base of 12.5% at full health and scales linearly up to a maximum of 50% at zero health. Both values are fully configurable.
