Biome Limited Growth

A simple little mod that allows you to limit which biomes plants are able to grow in.
Any block affected by random ticks, if added to the appropriate block and if biome tags are named appropriately, can be fully restricted in its ability to grow! Additionally you can limit which biomes bonemeal works on each type of plant. Examples of all of these options can be found in the mod files. You can package your tweaks as a datapack, plus the mod itself is entirely server-sided so if you're an admin, no need to get your players to install it.
