Achievement Detection Fix

Ever get the achievement for smelting an iron ingot long after first finding one? Or the achievement for crafting a furnace, long after you had already had one?

This mod aims to change that, by fixing (making more robust) the vanilla process of detecting achievements. This includes vanilla crafting achievements and smelting achievements, and does not include mod-added achievements (as most of the time, they are already detected correctly).
