old description

A very simple mod, as the name implies, that adds one block: the crate. It can store up to 3456 items (same as how many 64-stackable items can fit in a double chest) of the same ID, regardless of stack size, or even NBT (!!!), on a last-in, first-out basis. It's also compatible with hoppers! Never worry about your zombie piglin farm clogging your storage chests with golden swords ever again!

A crate can be crafted with four logs and four chains. Right click to add an item/stack to a crate, right click while sneaking to remove the last stack you added.

known issues as of 1.0.2
-hopper will push any items into a crate with a full top stack, deleting them
-explosions destroy crates without dropping them
