Nerfed Vexes

This lightweight mod makes a small balance adjustment to Vex behavior.

Changes are intentionally simple and designed to stay close to the vanilla experience:

• Vexes are weaker than in vanilla.
• Vexes instantly dies if they move too far away from the Evoker that summoned them.

This prevents stray Vexes from continuing to attack players long after the fight with the Evoker is over.
