Mahou Tsukai Patches

This mod intends to change some core features of Mahou Tsukai. Important - this is an addon, you still need the base mod.
The general idea is to "unlink" magic from the items - and connect it to the player themselves. This presumably will allow player to feel move like a mage.

This mod does NOT intend to make experience balanced as default. Just like many media Mahou Tsukai is inspired by portray mages as super strong and powerful, this mod tries to do this in minecraft.

For now the functions are extremely limited, but the intent to expand them is there.

Current features :

Mystic eyes are now a togglable feature of a player. To choose the eyes simply used the corresponding scroll.

They drain mana the same way as the original - once in their "Duration Time" they consume their "Mana Cost". This process is automatic, and only time with eye active counts towards the duration
