Scarecrow's Territory allows you to keep spawners activated and to keep mobs spawning when there are no players around!

• Scarecrows keep spawners in a 8 block radius activated
• Scarecrows allow natural mob spawning in an 8 block radius
• Scarecrows can be colored by right-clicking on it with a dye Recipe

Yes, the range of the Scarecrow can be changed in the config
Does the Scarecrow keep chunks loaded?
No, the scarecrow just keeps spawners active and allows for passive mob spawning in an already loaded area
