... is a small mod that let's you place ingots ? and bricks into the world ? (8 at a time) by shift & right-clicking ? with the item in hand.

They can only be placed on solid faces ? or other (full) stacked ingot blocks and will drop the ingots when the block below is destroyed ? - or when mined by a pickaxe. ⛏️

I've updated the placement method. You should have more possibilities placing the ingots in world. The lower half still needs to be filled first.

With this mod...

... you can display your precious ingots with 64 ingots in one block space - time to update the treasure vault. ??

... you can build contraptions (with for example falling sand) that lets ingots rain from above, if certain blocks are destroyed.

I'm planning... 

... to add an oxidized copper version. ?

... maybe change the hardness of my ingot blocks. Especially the netherite version is maybe a little too hard to break. For now they have the same hardness as their vanilla full block counterparts and they also need a pickaxe to be broken (wood pickaxe is good enough though).

... to give ingame indications where the next little ingot pile can be placed next.

I don't plan to add mod support - or at least not in the near future.
