Adds full block physics weighting for Create Deco when using the Sable physics system.

Every structural, decorative, and utility block from Create Deco is assigned a mass and volume based on its real-world analogue, so large builds behave more consistently and intuitively.

• Complete coverage of Create Deco blocks
• Realistic mass scaling based on material (andesite, zinc, brass, copper, iron, cast iron, gold, netherite)

This has since been reworked to adhere to the same weighting principles as vanilla/create blocks.

• Form-based weighting (sheet metal, bars, catwalks, ladders, supports, doors, etc.)
• Adjusted volume for partial blocks (slabs, stairs, railings, overlays)
• Lightweight handling for thin geometry (bars, ladders, mesh, windows)
• Heavier values for dense industrial materials and full blocks
• Consistent behavior across decorative and structural elements
