What is this texture pack?

This texture pack fixes wrong horse, mule and donkey saddle color since snapshot 13w18a. When horses were first added, horse saddles were also added, unlike normal saddles. Horse saddles were brown. That's why the saddle texture on the horses was also brown. But horse saddles deleted in snapshot 13w18a. The horse saddle texture color has not been changed since 13w18a.
