Yes! I'm The Cosmic Moose and I indeed made this UI. This is the sister pack to my other resource pack Moose Blocks and extends my art style to the UI. I have redone every button, widget, container, and more. This pack has built in support for OptiGUI and Optifine (Optifine Untested).
