Connect Minecraft with Twitch

StreamTweaks is a client-side Minecraft mod for Fabric and NeoForge that bridges your Minecraft gameplay with Twitch, making streaming more interactive and engaging. It allows you to see Twitch chat directly inside Minecraft and provides tools for smoother interaction with your audience.

Features

• ⚙️ ModMenu Integration (Fabric only) — Check your authentication status and connected channels, and log in/out or connect/disconnect channels from a GUI config screen.

Scope of message deletion: Only individual message deletions by moderators (channel.chat.message_delete) are supported. Bulk removals caused by a timeout, ban, or chat clear are not mirrored — those messages stay visible in the Minecraft chat.

Note on logs: Chat messages are written to logs/latest.log as they are displayed, the same as any other Minecraft chat line. A message deleted on Twitch is removed from the chat display only — its text remains in the log file in plain text.

Requirements

• Minecraft 26.2
• Java 25+
• Fabric:
  • Fabric Mod Loader 0.19.3+
  • Fabric API
  • ModMenu (optional, Fabric only) — enables the in-game config screen
• NeoForge:
  • NeoForge 26.2.0.25-beta+
• Port 7654 available on localhost (used for Twitch OAuth callback)

Installation

1. Install Fabric or NeoForge for Minecraft 26.2.
2. For Fabric, download Fabric API and place it in your mods folder.
3. Download the matching StreamTweaks .jar from the Releases page:
   • Fabric: stream-tweaks-fabric-mc26.2-<version>.jar
   • NeoForge: stream-tweaks-neoforge-mc26.2-<version>.jar
4. Place the StreamTweaks .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder.
5. Launch Minecraft with the matching Fabric or NeoForge profile.

Usage

The /twitch commands are available on both Fabric and NeoForge. The ModMenu configuration screen is only available in the Fabric build.

Step 1 — Authenticate with Twitch

/twitch login

A clickable link appears in chat. Click it to open the Twitch authorization page in your browser. After approving, a success message is shown in Minecraft. If you don't complete the authorization in time, the request will time out — just run /twitch login again.

Note: No Twitch Developer account or app setup is required. StreamTweaks uses its own built-in Twitch application. Your credentials are saved locally and persist across game restarts, so you only need to log in once.

Step 2 — Connect to a Twitch Channel

/twitch connect <channel>

Replace <channel> with the Twitch channel name (e.g., /twitch connect etwas).
Chat messages from that channel will start appearing inside Minecraft.

Step 3 — Disconnect from a Channel

/twitch disconnect <channel>

Stop receiving chat from the specified channel. Tab completion is supported to list your currently connected channels.

Logging Out

/twitch logout

Logs out of Twitch and automatically disconnects from all subscribed channels.

Minecraft と Twitch をつなぐ

StreamTweaks は、Minecraft と Twitch を連携させ、配信をよりインタラクティブで楽しいものにする Fabric / NeoForge 対応のクライアントサイド Mod です。

Twitch のチャットを Minecraft 内で直接確認できるほか、視聴者とのやり取りをスムーズにするための機能を提供します。

ゲーム画面から離れることなく、視聴者のコメントを確認できます。

Minecraft 内から、安全に Twitch アカウントへログインできます。

?️ 削除されたメッセージを非表示
Twitch 上でモデレーターがメッセージを削除すると、Minecraft のチャット上でも該当するメッセージが削除されます。

? Twitch エモート対応
Twitch の静止画エモートとアニメーション GIF エモートを、Minecraft のチャット内にインライン表示します。

? チャットのユーザー名カラーに対応
各視聴者が Twitch で設定しているチャットカラーを使用して、ユーザー名を表示します。

⚙️ ModMenu 連携（Fabric 版のみ）
GUI の設定画面から、Twitch の認証状態や接続中のチャンネルを確認できます。また、ログイン・ログアウトや、チャンネルへの接続・切断も行えます。

メッセージ削除機能の対象範囲

対応しているのは、モデレーターによる個別メッセージの削除（channel.chat.message_delete）のみです。

タイムアウト、BAN、チャットの一括クリアによるメッセージ削除は Minecraft 側には反映されません。これらのメッセージは、Minecraft のチャット上にそのまま残ります。

ログについて

チャットメッセージは、通常の Minecraft チャットと同様に、表示された時点で logs/latest.log に記録されます。

Twitch 上でメッセージが削除された場合、Minecraft のチャット画面からは削除されますが、ログファイル内には平文のまま残ります。

今後追加予定の機能

• Twitch OAuth のコールバックに使用するため、ローカルホストのポート 7654 が利用可能である必要があります

インストール方法

1. Minecraft 26.2 に対応した Fabric または NeoForge をインストールします。
2. Fabric を使用する場合は、Fabric API をダウンロードして mods フォルダに配置します。
3. Releases ページから、使用する Mod ローダーに対応した StreamTweaks の .jar ファイルをダウンロードします。

Fabric:

stream-tweaks-fabric-mc26.2-<version>.jar

NeoForge:

stream-tweaks-neoforge-mc26.2-<version>.jar

4. ダウンロードした StreamTweaks の .jar ファイルを、.minecraft/mods フォルダに配置します。
5. Fabric または NeoForge の対応するプロファイルで Minecraft を起動します。

使い方

/twitch コマンドは、Fabric 版と NeoForge 版の両方で使用できます。

ModMenu を利用した設定画面は、Fabric 版でのみ使用できます。

ステップ1 — Twitch にログインする

/twitch login

チャット欄にクリック可能なリンクが表示されます。

リンクをクリックしてブラウザで Twitch の認証ページを開き、アクセスを許可してください。認証が完了すると、Minecraft 内に成功メッセージが表示されます。

一定時間内に認証を完了しなかった場合、認証リクエストはタイムアウトします。その場合は、もう一度 /twitch login を実行してください。

補足

Twitch Developer アカウントの作成や、Twitch アプリケーションの設定は必要ありません。

StreamTweaks には専用の Twitch アプリケーションがあらかじめ組み込まれています。

認証情報はローカル環境に保存され、ゲームを再起動しても保持されるため、通常は最初の1回だけログインすれば利用できます。

ステップ2 — Twitch チャンネルに接続する

/twitch connect <channel>

<channel> を接続したい Twitch チャンネル名に置き換えてください。

例:

/twitch connect etwas

接続が完了すると、そのチャンネルのチャットメッセージが Minecraft 内に表示されるようになります。

ステップ3 — Twitch チャンネルから切断する

/twitch disconnect <channel>

指定したチャンネルのチャット受信を停止します。

Tab 補完に対応しており、現在接続中のチャンネルを候補として表示できます。

Twitch からログアウトする

/twitch logout

Twitch からログアウトし、接続中のすべてのチャンネルから自動的に切断します。
