Adds a block called a Barrel Drum made with 5 iron ingots, and 1 blue dye,
that is lava and water loggable, and directional,
which that has one side open to control where the fluid flows.

The block is added next to the Barrel in the Functional tab.

This can be used for making more compact water wheels, and cobblestone generators.
